This is what I wrote to Rockport: I am really surprised that rather than looking at the issue where your product has caused an injury, your response is purely focussed on the product purchase date and the warranty status. This is not at all being customer focussed and listening to the feedback, which is why I vouch to never buy Rockport ever.

Your sorry doesn't get me permanent relief from the pain I have to bear every time I have to walk for long hours, thanks to your shoe which as per the images shared is as good as new.

I made a big mistake and would never ever buy your products and would discourage people as well. To summarise the response to my email is not caring for your customer's but defending the policies which don't talk or reflect on how to make customer experience and product experience better and memorable making it an experience of a lifetime.
