Rockport - Worst shoe ever purchased
I purchased a Marshal Wingtip pair in April and immediately noticed the difference in both shoe manufacturing. One was shiny and the other was very dull. I wrote an email to consumer services attaching a picture of it and was advised to use it and apply shoe polish. It never changed. Now I contacted warranty department and they are saying that it is out of warranty.
