I bought a pair of Aravon Revsmart shoes at a Good Feet store. I wasn't happy with the orthotics I bought so I exchanged them for these shoes.

After a couple months of wear they developed a squeak in the same exact spot on both shoes. Good Feet refused to return my money because of their no return policy and told me to contact Rockport about the defect. Rockport refused to see any type of manufacturer defect. I recently took them to a local shoe repair shop where it was confirmed that it wasn't properly heated when the soles where being assembled which created a pocket that makes them squeak.

I'm giving both of these companies a negative review. Don't go to Good Feet and don't buy Rockport shoes!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
