Rockport - Been a long time R consumer.

Sole on dress shoe came loose as I was walking. Cust. Service says shoes too old so take it to a cobbler. I wear shoes only to dress occasions and some of my shoes are over five years old, but like new. Will take it to cobbler but won't buy Rockport or any of their brands anymore.
